The paint strainers are for "paint pours". It just gives a lil something to the process and creates cool designs. I haven't seen them yet at my store, but I'm excited for them to come in lol

Just to let you know ow on the pompom maker you are supposed to wrap around both , not just one things that you pull out. Then you cut down between the run a string down middle to tie. Makes pompom much fuller.

I found the colored beads with the rainbow and tassel at the end, along with a plain white beaded one and also a set of beads with the black buffalo check on some of them. I was happy to purchase those. I did see the hot glue mat at one of the stores along with the canvases that you showed.. I would love to find the pompom makers.

Shannon 😊❤ The Black Canvases are not Chalkboards, they’re just the color Black! If you want to use chalk or chalk pens you need to paint it with Black CHALKBOARD paint! They sell that at DT 😊 It’s like anything painted with Black Chalk paint, Acrylic Paint, Oil or watercolor paint…. Unless it’s specifically made to be a blackboard/chalkboard it’s not. Just paint! I think my fav Craft item is the other Crafters shopping too lol I learn the best things from others! I love to share my DIY ideas or craft organization, etc! I have everything I need from what you got! I made a wish list from your video on the equipment you use. I’m on an extremely small budget so it’s not a long list but I’m always up for trades! I used to never watch DT hauls but after I watched one and saw all the items my DT stores seem to never get I started watching more out of curiosity?? Just to see what the other stores are getting? I was Very jealous 🥺 at the lack of new crafting items ?? But I noticed recently there was a change of management in the store close to me, it was the worst DT store we had!! And with that change came not only more organized shelves and cleaner store but the newest products!! I am amazed at the things I have found in the last couple of months, that would have never made it to the shelves!! And thats the real problem! The products are not being put out for customer to buy !! Contact the DT Corporate & let them know about the problems at your DT?? It could make your DT store better 😊

LG clamps are great, but plastic tips come off easily. I dipped mine in some plastic dip from the hardware store, and they are awsome.

Those paint strainers are for “Paint Pouring” I guess it forces the paint to go out in a way that affects your painting. I don’t do paint pouring because it seems like a huge waste of paint! I can barely afford food (I rely on food banks and the last 7 times I’ve come home with nothing! They ran out by the time it was my turn) Anyhow, I don’t see how wasting paint is a good thing lol But yeah, those are actually for paint! Not your drains! ❤😊 Dollar Tree/Crafters Square does make embroidery hoops. I wish they’d ship them with the embroidery kits! The kits are useless without one! Kinda like that brilliant useless label maker that’s pure junk lol and doesn’t come with label tape!

I have been searching for that glue gun mat at my Dollar Trees forever and they have yet to get them. The pom pom makers are the same, the pool noodle knife and the water soluble pencils. I want all of them but alas, they have not made an appearance yet, :(

I really wish we had the selection that you have in your stores! Just a note but you were using the pom pom maker incorrectly. You wrap the arms on each side at the same time, close it up, wrap the other side, close it up and then you can safely cut through the centre (this holds everything in place before it’s tied and secured) and then you use that middle grove to tie everything off. A lot easier than the way you did it and makes a fuller pom pom.

Your crafts are the BEST! I've been wanting to make the bee banner for a while and the simple way you attach them to the jute twine was wonderful, I needed the slow steps explained! Thank you! Those are. In fact, paint strainers used in paint pouring projects. They are not for sinks. I was so excited for this video but nothing in it was new to me. The newest was the paper packs, but even those have been in our stores for a month. The large clips, silicone mats and more have been around for at least a year.

Sadly the only things I have seen are the fabric strip pkgs, the smaller pink clips, one of the burlap style banners, and the hot glue gun silicone pad. The rest NO. And that is after having gone to 4 different Dollar Tree stores within 60 miles of my home.

I think you got the instructions on the Pom Pom maker wrong. You are supposed to wrap it around both “arms” on each side so you wrap the “arms” together. This makes the Pom Pom much fuller.

you are correct. the directions on the clover pom pom makers are the originals of this style and the directions are to wrap around both arms on each side.

She do it around both arms. She just didn’t carry the yarn across both arms. She cut the yarn and did each arm separately. I’ve done it both ways and get the same result.
