I don't say this to encourage this channel being about drug use, but taking ayahuasca in the jungles of South America would be very interesting to watch given the way you guys tell stories and experience cultures.

@Raeminiscence I believe this video mentions Ayahuasca and the grinning entities that you sometimes see. I saw her and she was terrifying. A face I'll never forget. Large cat like eyes and a massive grin covering half of her face with a bunch of very sharp teeth. I did 3 ceremonies. Never again.

I've tried the wild honey and experienced hallucination. It's a crazy experience, I didn't even know that you get high from wild honey when I tried it. I'm from Nepal and got the wild honey from the same eastern part of Nepal. I mostly felt like someone is pushing my face. It's a completely weird sensation. I think the hallucinating power also differs according to the harvest time, and mainly from the flowers that the bees have collected nectar and pollen.

@Baby Blub The entire countries livelihood is mostly surrounded by tourism and culture is influenced by it, it's inescapable, even in some of the most remote parts it's still a factor to be considered. During tourist peak there's literally consistently a line of thousands of people on Mount Everest you are more likely to die freezing waiting in line then because of the mountain itself to give you an idea.
Baby Blub

@Derek Cox but they especially looked for one of the villages that isn't mainly tourism, they had to hike 4 hours to get there, I don't think it's something touristic in this village

Brother, whatever you have done and seen, I understand, but life provides an opportunity for us to experience different things if we allow it. I was never in the military, but I was a police officer for 20 years, have had to kill, and have seen close to 50 people take their last breath in front of my eyes/in my arms. Go find peace in the world, it does exist, even if it's only in your mind. Thanks for your service.

This reminds me of when I went to the Peruvian jungle (by myself) not planning on doing anything. And ended up doing Ayahuasca. I met a "shaman" (he didn't like to be called that but also didn't have another name) who does the ceremony. I definitely puked a lot, because it's supposed to clean your body first, then your mind. Very interesting experience, especially having heard all the horror stories before. But I trusted him, because he didn't do it commercially, but rather still saw it as a medicine and also stayed the whole night and prepared a flower bath in the morning. An experience I'll definitely remember.
McKeane
McKeane 15 วันที่ผ่านมา
@TBL Omerta Never heard this but also haven't done extensive research. When I did it in Costa Rica, the group was led through the night and we all had 3 imbibements, the ayahuasca was brewed and mixed with some crushed fruit I believe, and other plants/herbs (MAOI inhibitors is the key ingredient to allow the ayahuasca to work at all). It was a really great experience, but I've never heard of imbibing drinks throughout the ayahuasca experience but saving the third and final drink to be the "real" one

Also important to acknowledge the importance of understanding that everyone is different and it’s important not to assume that just because something works for you or is a net positive in your life that it will be for someone else, Hence why OP says he doesnt condone drug use even though he loves it because he recreational enjoyment could be another persons road to addiction or physical harm. 🙂

Unfortunately, I have tried 3tablespoon of that honey once when I was young and dumb. I still feel that was the worst trip I have ever experienced. I was puking white stuff and thought I had been poisoned. With all the puking and inability to move (body felt like I was being electrocuted and everything was stiff), felt like I was dying to be honest. And I don't think there was much of any hallucination.

Absolutely astonishing video. As always great work! But one thing can't leave my mind about psychoactive substances. It's wild how some of us get blackout drunk and it's normal. While Yes theory do mad honey with the professionals in a responsible way it's depicted as hazardous, dangerous or bad. At least it had this vibe in a video. Although it's absolutely necessary to give warnings, because you don't want people play with these substances or even taking too much of adventure. But no one gives a warning when you drink poison (alcohol) in a party. We use meth and amphetamines for adhd, we use opiates for pain, we use benzodiazepines for anxiety disorders, literally drugs that affect psyche and addicts us, but we are fine with it. I'm all about responsible use. I don't even demonize alcohol or even prescription meth. But it's wild how hypocritical our society is where you have to overexplain why you do try hashish in Afghanistan or try honey in Nepal while some people high on legal amphetamines in work or school. Even if that honey can make you vomit or even kill you, alcohol can do it too. But in reality some psychoactive substances, psychedelics mainly, have benefits if used correctly and responsibly. But unfortunately they are unrightfully demonized. I don't condone drug use myself. But some people do it anyways. For those, make sure you know EVERYTHING about the substance. Read everything about it. Sorry if I rambled trough this rant.

Thank you for opening the eyes of the people watching you to what such things really are to be used correctly. It's so much fun to watch that while you take the risk, we learn small things but important information about the things in this world that we are dealing with. Wow!! I'm not sure what to say!! But thankyou for putting yourself through that expereince and for taking us with you. Humans are amazing. The things theyve done to survive in the wild is phenomenal. Because i imagine it was survival that first drove these people to hunt out the honey. I'm just so damn grateful to the people that came before me and went through incredible hardship so i can live in comfort. And thankyou again for being willing to take yourselves out of your comfort zone. Youre awesome. May this channel be a massive success for you.

Hold on. Hold on. Doesn't not taking 2 tablespoon full of honey defeat the purpose of the channel Seek Discomfort, pooping your pants and throwing up non-stop sounds like "Discomfort" to me. Seek and ye shall find.

Seek Discomfort. Also, the main video of actually hunting for the honey is the wildest project Yes Theory has ever undertaken -- imo.

Glad to see you guys explore different places and things. The views were magnificent. But that's it from your stay in Nepal? Was certainly expecting more videos. Coming this far and not to share much from Nepal.. common. Share us more, must be there. Or still in Nepal, waiting.. Plan to be back soon? Anyway, nice video, loved it 💛

Just a few days ago one of my uncles tried two spoons of honey and he fainted and had a seizure and had a concussion on his head and he is in a coma right now.. he is having serious treatment in Singapore...so it is very dangerous if you do not consume it rightly so should be very careful before you try.
